~ Christy's Tiny Heart's Sales Contract & 72 Hour Health Guarantee ~
This is an agreement between the seller and buyer named below for the purchase of a puppy. The seller guarantees this puppy to be in good health at the time of sale and gives the buyer a 72 hour health guarantee in which time the buyer should take the Puppy to a licensed Veterinarian (at buyers cost) for a health exam. If the buyer fails to take the Puppy in for an exam during the 72 hour guarantee time, this guarantee will become null and void. The buyer must also notify the seller with the results of the health exam during the 72 hour guarantee time. The seller is not responsible for ANY Veterinary bills that may be incurred.
If the Puppy is found to be ill with any life threatening illness, the seller will replace the Puppy with one of the SAME value when one becomes available, or within 180 days of the date of purchase . If after 180 days we have no puppy replacement, you will then be given a full refund. If the Puppy chosen is of greater value, the buyer will be responsible for the additional cost of the puppy.
The buyer MUST provide the seller with the following information:
1.) Name, address and phone number of the licensed Veterinarian who seen the Puppy 2.) Date Puppy was seen 3.) Diagnosis.
If the Puppy dies during the 72 hour guarantee time, the buyer MUST provide cause of death through an autopsy by a licensed Veterinarian along with the information for the seller to contact the Vet directly.The Puppy must be returned to the seller within 48 hours of the diagnosis date (at buyers cost) along with all Veterinary information and Registration papers .
Let it be made clear that this guarantee DOES NOT COVER any injury induced after sale including broken bones, hypoglycemia, a dislike in the Puppy or a change of heart about the purchase of the Puppy, only the health of the Puppy at the time of sale.Let it also be made clear that this Puppy is being sold as a companion pet only, the seller does not guarantee the color, size, breeding or show quality of the Puppy.
Your new Puppy has been given a series of vaccinations and wormings and a shot record will be provided to you along with a puppy care package filled with lots of goodies for your new Puppy and new puppy information sheets.
